since 91 is the requirement, you will burn a lot (1/4-3/4). If you are looking at mantas for training/pking you should buy cooked.

i'd either do monkfish all the way, or arround 95ish start doing sharks

it comes down to do you want the cape faster or cheaper.

Monkfish are cheaper

Shark are faster
