What's club soda? and what's it meant to do, is it just froth going into your mouth?

It has CO2 in it, which makes it bubbly, which means when you shake it, the bottle fills with CO2.

When you breath in, you are filling your lungs with CO2 instead of Oxygen which gives you a temporary 'high' for like 2 secs. Makes you cough.
