first of all, many private servers upload keyloggers
secondly uploading a private server means that you are hosting an illegal copy of a copyrighted game - very illegal - jail time illegal. Not saying that you will go to jail if you use a private server, it is very unlikely, but it is still a possibility. Could lead to lawsuits also.
Don't bother with private servers, they really are not fun, it's more accomplishing to build the character yourself.

he wouldnt go to jail if anything, the people who un the private server would and the chances of ever going to jail for somthing like that is like 1 to 1000000
