Computer Running Slowly

My Laptop is running very slowly, when it starts up it takes a long time as well as when opening/running programs.

It has more than half free space, what should I do?

Your registry could be junked up, try cleaning your registry. I would not recommend doing this manually, so use a program.

I suggest you use CCleaner:

Clear your registry, internet files, and defrag your computer.
