This is a list of the worlds fastest cars -



Vanishing Point - The fastest rocket funny car in the world, unfortunatly the driver a few years ago died, its last outing was at Santa Pod near Poddington. It could do 400mph in an 1/8 of a mile!



Fireforce 2 - The fastest jet funny car in the world, it broke the record in 2005 and still has it to this day! It managed over 330mph! After problems in 2006, it now usually gets 270-290mph.



Showtime - The uk's fastest top fuel funny car, this beast can do well over 300mph at the 1/4 mile, however these cars usually get out of shape and don't manage these speeds. The fuel it uses is a very powerfull fuel which giev these cars over 10000 horse power, these are the most dangerous cars in the world!



Bugatti Varon - The fastest road legal car in the world, this can do 253 mph!



Mclaren MP4-23 - This is the one of the world's fastest F1 cars, with a 2.4 litre mercedes V8, running on excellent fuel and not weighing hardily anything, this car is easily one of the world fastest cars along with other F1 cars.

I believe the first one is Thrust SSC and the second one is Thrust 2

Yeah, Thrust SSC is the current record holder and Thrust 2 was the original one. Kinda cheating seeing as they have Rolls Royce Jet Engines strapped to them - they're absolutely mammoth when you actually see them.
