But it's rare.
It turns the whole screen black. I got it in a trade and all of a sudden it can change my room COMPLETELY black.
I've heard they are worth 5 HC's.
I'll take as low as 3.

it is always in the catalogue for 8 creds

and it will only make ur room completely black if you have red wall paper and you change the setting to dark/light blue
