Ape outside ape atoll

About 5 mins later the ape got disconnected and was resurrected as a human. (MODs found out and dced him back to normal).

EDIT: I never see apes around varrock so anyone know what's going on then..

No as you can only turn into an ape in certain places.

If you have completed monkey madness, you are allowed to be a monkey in Ardy zoo and Ape Atoll

If you have complete Recipe for disaster, you are allowed to be a monkey / ape anywhere arround runescape, along with the option to be different kind of monkeys
