    Default Molar falling out.

Okay a while back my tooth was chipped in half, the dentist gave me a filling and it fixed it, the filling came out and I never really bothered getting it replaced, but all of a sudden my molar has been shakey and I can actually feel it coming out, I dont mind if it does fall out Im just thinking isnt there a nerve inside the molar and would I need to get surgery performed if it does fall out unless it just naturally rotts because the filling has been gone for more than 6-7 months.

    thanks

The best thing which you could do Paul would simply be to go to the dentist and get it fixed before the problem gets too bad and you're in constant pain and cant eat, sleep, drink etc.

I'd go see the dentist rather than having it fall out naturally as I think there is a nerve somewhere in there. When I got one of mine taken out I could've either just had it pulled out or have root canal treatment to fix it (something to do with the nerve). Stupid as it sounds, it might just be wobbly temporarily. one of mine does that sometimes

It's not wobbly, I could literally pull it out now.

It's like on the edge of coming out, It's not the molar, it's the one infront of it.
