Tbh NONE of my mates carry knives, so 79% is a wild guess, probably the governments statistics, they're always wrong. lol.

Knives are used in about 8% of violent incidents, according to the BCS, a level that has largely remained the same during the past decade.
An guess what, the only thing to actually 'try' and change the people who stab peoples behaviour is this;
"Young people who carry knives will be made to visit hospitals where stabbing victims are treated, in a bid to shock them into changing their behaviour."
An more counceling for people who use knives.
Just a point of wasting money and trying to look like there helping when there really not.
