Ashley Tisdale could play an extra in the background. A movie has been in talks since like it opened, i think they want to make one now to ride in on the success of all the musical movies like Hairspray, HSM and Mamma Mia but it doesn't really have to cos the show sells out every performance.

I'm going to see this for my 3rd time next Tuesday in London and I just so happen to be listening to soundtrack at this very moment. Having seen Idina Menzel and Kerry Ellis in London, I'm going to see the new one next week, Alexia Khadime, who was previously in The Lion King on the WE, I cant wait to see her!

I'd love for it to be made into a film, as that's what it was meant to be made as originally. I'm not sure if it would give you the goosebumps as much as a live show does though, but it would definetely work as a film. I think they would be able to have some great scenery, and also in Defying Gravity, have her actually flying instead of on a raising platform. And with a great cast and alot of star casting (with actual good people) I think it would bring in loads of money and would be great. It's great for people who cant afford to go to the WE too, so they can see the wonders of Wicked via film.

It'd be interesting as the book of Wicked is very different from the musical and also having seen Hairspray as a film and on the WE, I absolutely loved it and to date, Hairspray is possibly the best musical I've seen, but I think that's going to change within the next week as I'm going to see Billy Elliot on Friday, Joseph or Hairspray again on Saturday, The Sound of Music on Monday, and Wicked on Tuesday.

I hope the film goes well, cant wait !
