what happened to buying NORMAL VIP?

its just VVIP, no VIP.

so has VIP gone now or wot.

It's still there Matt, maybe your caution stops you seeing it. That's still weird though, I don't get why VIP is hidden for you and VVIP isn't, even if the reason is because you're cautioned.

As said above. It's to stop you buying VIP to overide the caution. The VIPP has obviosuly not been set to be removed from cautioned members yet.
