im currently doing the heroes quest, and i only have 20 herblore (lol), if i got lvl 25 herblore assistance would i be able to make the blamish oil?
if so, can anyone provide me with assistance? +rep.

no you need to have 25 base level

you have to do it yourself, so you have to get your herblore to 25 without help
