    Default Rare Value Report 3

Gonna stop using my trade pics now and just use the lil icon things as people have said. Here goes report number 3. Im doing these off my own personal trades so can't really say i saw something x ammounts of time etc. Im no good with formatting etc so it might not look too snazzy but what really matters is the values are accurate

Bought one at 9 hc sofas and sold one at 10.5 hc sofas, so quite all over the place by the looks of it. Obviously the smart thing to do it buy low and sell higher.

Sold 3 of mine for 7 hc so that works out at 2.3 hc each. Always hard to find these for sale since it has been so long since they were released.

Ive been selling these the last few days at 2 hc no bother (sold 2 at this price), so cant understad the value drop on these. Still quite popular although not as desired as in the past.

These along with the green pillow are getting extremely popular and hard to find. I have seen one of these go for 16 hc sofas and another two at 15 hc sofas apiece. Nice for whoever bought them when they cost less.

I bought two of these at 7 hc yesterday, so 3.5 hc sofas each. This was a lucky trade though because you can normally sell for 4 hc apiece easily and ive seen them traded at 4 hc loads in trade rooms.

The market is absolutely saturated with these at the minute, and i haven't been able to sell at 3 hc for quite some time. I have seen alot of people selling at 2 for 5 hc and even two people selling at 2 hc sofas per. The most re-released rare was never going to be an easy sell.

This is a really good report. You have the value, number of times seen, and a comment on each one. This is a very good report. Next step: Try adding some colour. Overall, very nice report. 8.5/10

Another great report, You have a different way of reporting aswell. And what I mean by that is, you report values that you have actually traded for which I think is better.
    Keep up the good work!

Another top batch there, all values seem accurate.

Hmm the vaules are important but the reasons why are also important as they can help see where the market is going/why the rares are changing in value.

Rich.Boy. Yh i agree the values are important, but in the end, we dont care about how or why they went for that certain price, so long as we can see how the value is changing!

    Awesome report there.

    Goodluck for the future!
    Back for a while
