Well basicially im in good shape atm not a pack yet but still, since like last week all i think about is food and i cant stop eating :S:S, like i think about what im going to have for breakfast the next day or look how to make things, like i go to the gym 3 times a week and do pressups crunches n situps at home, and my mum says thats why im getting hungry but i doubt the day after i go to the gym and like im hungry even after a meal its coz of going to the gym the day before. like im full now but today i had, breakfast co-co pops, lunch turkey bagette, then wen i got home i had a fat free muller light yogurt then 2 crumpets (not that fatening) like 0.6 fat in each one, then i had some pitta bread then dinner chicken in some sauce with white rice,then anoter muller light then later on a few slices of this thing called moltloaf like with raisons stuff in the whole pig 200g pack has only 4g of fat in, then 1 and a half boxes of green grapes! like yeh i dont really eat unhealthy like chocolate crips etc coz im a health freak and i cant bear it its like an ilness. i lke cant go past a day without either going to the gym and if i dont go to the gym i do like 30 pressups, 60 crunches, 120 situps (60 situps then break then another60) then do 20 lifts on each arm of quite a heavy not too heavy or anything dumbell. and i still get paranoid if i eat like what i eat today that ill put a bit of weight oncan anybody tell me the facts of my rutein and like if i will put weight on in eating those kind of things like that... also iif it helps im 14 n i weigh 8.3stone which my friends see as light
