Took the mirror idea and developed it more into this:

The pool was more of a depth/height experiment as appose to an actual project which explains the lack of detail.

Mirror effect on windows is a simple opacity layer change via photoshop or another advanced image work program like coral paint shop pro.

Oh and quickest, chill your first image up okay, quality sucks, you don't needs to save as a low quality gif to make a moving gif, it would of been decent if it was a better quality, i would of even preferred jpeg fix that then you just need to animate the lift going down and out of the picture, then restarting the image with the lift arriving from above.
