    I got a email today saying that they have cancelled my account, I think that my subscription has ran out but im not sure.

    What do I do?

    I don't own a 360, but I'm guessing log-in to it via the Xbox or look at the subscription page on the website (or wherever you go to check these things). There's bound to be something saying something. When did you last buy Live?

    I got the same message when my free month trial ran out on my spare account. I think your right, your live has finished.

    Why is this a problem? Just renew it Surely you can remember when you subscribed anyway

    This happened to me, although they accused me of using a fake credit card or something and they wouldn't give me my account back.

    1. Go to Game
    2. Once arrived, head to the till.
    3. "Have you got any gold Xbox live?"
    4. Pay up £25+
    5. You have gold Xbox live again.

    Woo.
