    Default Is it possible +rep

    ok so i want to get my biceps nice and toned and slightly bigger if poss in about 2 weeks. Obvs im not expecting a brand new arm but if it would look more toned or bigger i would be pleased.
    Is it possible and what should i do ??
    Im currently doing 40 press ups a day. (sounds rubbish and i used to keep fit with ice hockey but ive just come out of hospital and its a long story so im starting small.)

    Pressups work your upper body more than anything. It's possible to grab a tiny bit of definition in 2 weeks, heres how:

    Get a light weight that you can do for around 100-150 reps in rapid succession.

    Do 100-150 reps every day.

    B()()m you're toned.

    Only in tone, you will not get any bigger in 3 weeks.
