I have this keyboard, it's the keyboard that's bluetooth tbh.



The H key sometimes doesnt work, I have to hit it super hard.

I'm not sure what to do!!

I don't want to send it back..

If its like my keyboard you should be able to take the actual key out. If you can pull it off slowly and the little pad thing underneath might be stuck down. Its happened to me before

Why did you need to use tbh in that post? :S Just take it to your local Apple Store or send it back.

Just take it back.. removing the keys may void your warranty of it snaps.

Take it to the Apple store and they'll probably give you a replacement if it's faulty.
