I have the play and charge kit, 3 months live, and GTA IV, COD4 is coming with it.

So much hassle

Why is that so much hassle?

play.com, I ordered, they said it would be dispatched, it hasn't so I rung, and they asked my details etc. and then after they decide 'SOZ UR TOO YOUNG TO USE PLAY.COM *DEACTIVATES ACC.* so I was like why did it let me register then? Why does it not say that? Why does it let me buy things?

All the guy could say was 'read the terms' so I goes 'THANKS FOR YOUR HELP' *hangup*
So I told my mum and she rung up and they was like 'o ok, cus you rang us, we can activate it again, and put a note on it'

So now I have to wait until like Friday for it?

All because I had to confirm my details. Noobs.

god I hate play.com, somehow someone got into my account and bought stuff with it, they got traced and we got the money back but they wouldnt give the account back. Also my mate pre-ordered GTA IV from them and it never arrived, still hasnt arrived now and he hasnt got a call or anything from them.
