    Default What are these called?

Anyone know what the little bars at the top of some webpages (such as the BBC's) are called?

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/switch/

The BBC is a good example where they have a small black bar running across the top of the page with the BBC logo and a search box...

Whats the correct term for these?
