    Im a little confused.
But im guesing what your asking is. Now you have the frames, how do you make a link in one frame, change the url of a differnt one.

OK, all the frames have there own names (or should have) defined by the name="" tag.

In the hyper link, just ad a targeting attribute say for exsample if you had

    <a href="pie.htm"> go to pie</a>

in one frame, and you wanted it to open pie.htm in a frame named, thepieframe

    you would use
    <a href="pie.htm" target="thepieframe"> go to pie</a>

    does that help?
