Does it give an error code with it like:

    "0x80040200" or something similar?

What DLL are you trying to register?

To solve the call to “DllregisterServer failed with error code 0×80004005″ error, run a Command Prompt as Administrator. Alternatively, you can disable User Access Control too, or login with Administrator account.

ForceLibrary.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found.
This file can not be registered.

    Thats the error
