Yep you should be able to. Beta has only just started and that is only for WWI/blizzcon attenders. Remember they have to do beta, fix problems, still thinking of new ideas, finalizing, creating the CD's, boxing, distributing etc. I'm sure I've missed stuff out but that is going to take them months at least. I think wotlk is most likely out very late this year/ early 2009.

I think it will be around winter this year or as Will said, very early next year. So yes it should be easy to get a shammy up.
