iPod Touch movies, subtitles.

Is there anyway to get my iPod Touch to have subtitles in a movie? (It's a japenese animé and I cannot stand dubs).

Or even encode it so the subtitles are in the video it self?

If the video you have is in .avi and you have the subtitles file (.srt or something similar) you can merge them together in AutoGK then convert it to .mp4 for your iPod.
