Dizzy when standing up / looking outside

Sometimes, I can look outside at the bright sky (not the sun) and just at the trees, and I get dizzy.

Also, sometimes when I stand up, I will get dizzy, and I think it might be because I have been sitting down for a long time.

It basically started happening several years ago after I had Turbonate Reduction surgery.

I get dizzy everytime I stand up after sitting for so long. Infact my vision gets blur for a few seconds too, and then I'm fine. It has something to do with a sudden rush of blood.

And I get dizzy at times from looking at the sky too.

I get it if i have sat down too long, Or if I stand up too quick

Just make sure you drink lots of water

Same with me. Ill just sit down for a few minuites, and when i get up, i feel dizzy as hell lol
