Help, 1 red flashing light

I turned my xbox on then and got 1 red flashing light and a system error message. anyone know what it is and how to sort it ?

I disconected all the cables and connected them again and still didnt work

This problem occurs when your Xbox 360 console experiences a hardware failure.

1.Turn off your console, disconnect and reconnect all cables, and then turn on your console.2.If an Xbox Hard Drive is attached to your console, turn off your console, and then remove the Xbox Hard Drive. Turn on your console, and test for the error. If the error does not reoccur, turn off your console and reattach the Xbox Hard Drive. Run alternate tests by having the Xbox Hard Drive connected and disconnected to see whether the error occurs only when the Xbox Hard Drive is connected.
