    Default Rare Value Report I

It's been a while since I've done any Rare Value Reporting, so I'm going to start fresh and new! It's also been a long time (2 years) since I played Habbo and a lot has changed, even to the formats of the Rare Values Reports, so please don't flame if I get anything wrong.

    Bracketed number: current Habbox price
    Red font:
amount of times I have seen people buy for less than current Habbox price
Green font: amount of times I have seen people buy for current Habbox price
    Blue font:
amount of times I have seen people buy for more than current Habbox price
    Pink font: my comments

    Russian Samovar (1.20 CS)
    1.00 CS - Seen
    five times
1.20 CS - Seen one time

I find that people generally don't bother giving the 0.20 CS to make up for the full current 1.20 CS price of the Samovar. However, I did see somebody buying five Samovars for six Club Sofas, which makes out to 1.20 CS each. In my opinion, the price at which people buy them for will soon fall to 1.00 CS.

    Petal Patch (2.80 CS)
    2.50 CS - Seen two
    times
3.00 CS - Seen one time

Just as the value dropped from 3.00 to 2.80, people started to predict its future price. Some people seem to think that the price will drop more, so they try to buy them for 2.50 CS each. However, there are also people who think that the price will go back up to 3.00 and managed to persuade people to buy them for that price. It is hard to predict the price in the near future.

    Throne Sofa (1.30 CS)
1.00 CS - Seen one time
1.25 CS - Seen one time
1.50 CS - Seen two times

The demand for Throne Sofas seem to be increasing, thus raising the price that people are willing to pay. I saw one person buying four of them for 5 Club Sofas as well, which rounds to 1.25 CS each. I believe that the price of the Throne Sofa will continue to raise.

    Dicemaster (0.50 CS)
0.50 CS - Seen six times

Although the demand for Dicemasters have gone up, people seem to like the 0.50 CS price because it is easy to pay for without giving profit. Of the six times that I have seen people buy Dicemasters, all of them were bought in groups of more than two. The price of Dicemasters is likely to remain at 0.50 CS.

    Serpent of Doom (1.80 CS)
1.75 CS - Seen one time
2.00 CS - Seen four times

The Serpent of Doom seems to be quite a popular choice for casino decorations. People tend to buy them for 2.00 CS each when buying them singly, but I have seen somebody accept an offer of 7.00 CS for 4 of them, giving an average of 1.75 CS each. The price is likely to raise.

    Throne (62.00 CS)
61.00 CS - Seen one time
62.00 CS - Seen two times
65.00 CS - Seen two times

Yet more fluctuation for this popular rare. People are now willing to pay up to 65 Club Sofas for the Throne, giving hopes for the price of it to raise soon. People still try to buy them for 62 Club Sofas each, but they have often been hard to buy at that price from what I have seen.

That concludes my first report. Please make comments, positive or negative, to help me improve my next report.

That is a great report, wd.

Good use of colours and a neat layout too.
Hope to see more of you, +REP.

Great report, if you'd like a trial were still taking applications.

This must be one of the neatest layouts and most accurate values that I have ever seen, Although it is not all about the layout and more about the values the layout makes it more fun to read and easier to understand. Keep it up and good luck with your application. It's not that often that I +rep people for good reports but in this case I am!

Thank you all for the positive feedback so far. All of them make it seem like it'd be a great disappointment if I don't get to trial. I'll be posting another report soon, seeing as I'm currently doing a lot of buying and selling, so I'm writing down notes at the same time.

    More comments are welcomed!
