    Default Broader Shoulders?

    Anyone got tips on how to make your shoulders look a bit bigger. And your wrists.

    No no he clearly doesn't have the genetics, so he can do weights to get huge shoulders

    Swim more.

    Honestly, if you want broader shoulders try and go to a swimming pool at least once or twice a week (your choice really, thats a minimum) and spend at least an hour or so doing lengths. I have broad shoulders because of it, it's the best way to do it.

    As for wrists, that would be weights I think?

    Wrists is to do with the size of your bones. The skin around it is never too thick. You just get it by increasing your size in general and height and growing. You can't do anything manually to increase the width, that's just weird.

    Do lateral raises, shoulder press, upright row, trap raises. Google them And for wrists? I've never seen anybody want huge wrists lol. Your wrist is just a bone with a tendon, you can't get it big
