My Weekly Rare Value Report:

Briefing:

Over the past few days, whilst not spending time within the help centre, I have been trading some of my rares for norms for future practices and have also took the time in some of the main trading 'cities' to analyse the current trades amongst fellow habbo'ers. From this, I have been able to make this valid report on 1 of each category of rares within HabboX.com. I hope you find this to be of help and of reliability.


Normal Rare Values Focus:

The Lapland Greetings

Current Rare Value: 1CS (75RD)

Current offers for the rare:
1.5CS - Seen Once
1.2CS - Seen Twice
1.0CS - Seen Thrice

Comments: Due to Christmas being only 5 or so months away, habbo'ers have aknowledged the vast soaring prices of Lapland Greetins towards the time of Christmas, thus purchasing the Lapland Greetings for as little as possible for themed rooms for the forthcoming Christmas 08.


HC Furni Values Focus:

The White HC Gate

Current Rare Value: 0.5CS

Current offers for the rare:
0.5CS - Seen Twice
0.4CS - Seen Twice
0.2CS - Seen Once

Comments: Due to the minor prices of simpel lodge, area, mode gates the White HC Gate value has plummeted due to being put secondary to the much cheaper option of the 6 Credit, easy to purchase catalogue norms. Arguably more sophisticated The White HC Gate was fairly popular when first released, but is now inferior and un-needed.

Super Rare Values Focus:

Big Ben

Current Rare Value: 36CS

Current Offers for the rare:
40CS- Seen Once (Also a bid made but failed in attempt to trade)
38CS - Seen Once
36CS - Unseen currently

Comments: Due to only being a competition prize and the positive associations within the super rare, the Big Ben has become popular amongst traders using the rare for various purposes. A trademark of Britain, the connotations will definetly see a rise in the bidding for this rare in the near future.

Seasonal Rare Values Focus:

The Basketball Trophy

Current Rare Value: 21RD

Current offers for the rare:
30RD - Seen Once
28RD - Seen Once
24RD - Seen Once
21RD - Seen Once

Comments: Due to the Olympics beginning very soon, the rise in wanted sports rares have risen in value. Although not by much, there has definetly been a raise in The Basketball Trophy and I feel will continue to rise until the end of the Olympics as themed rooms are hot on the agenda within habbo at this present time.

Miscellaneous Rare Values Focus:

The Executive Corner

Current Rare Value: 7RD

Current offers for the rare:
8RD - Seen Once
10RD - Seen Twice
12RD - Seen Once

Comments: Due to many rooms having the executive corners from RPG rooms to help centres, the furni is definetly used for convenience and is very high in demand due to the executive furni selling at a fantastic rate when in the catalogue. The executive furni is liked as it has denotations of sophistication and can be useful in all types of rooms, hence the raise in offers for the rare.

This is a good first report. The trades you have seen, seem to be correct and accurate. Also you have made excellent comments on each rare, which really shows your knowledge on rares in habbo. It is also good that you have added pictures into your report, as this will make your report look more tidy and creative.

However, make sure you can split up each rare type into the correct catagories. It seems that in this report you have tried to put a rare from each type (seasonal, miscellaneous, super etc) all into it, but you have to have at least 3 rares of the same type of rares in each report.

So next time try and seperate your rares all into their correct category? You don't have to try and make a report for all of the categories as this would take a long time to do, and can be very exhausting. Especially if you are going to be putting a detailed comment on each rare.
