Tricky, also known as 'Knowle West Boy' due to Estate he grew up on within Bristol is a British Rapper and icon amongst youngsters due to the 'cool' associations of the songs he writes and produces with Domino Records. His eighth album contains the tracks 'Council Estate' and 'School Gates' to name two of the thirteen within the album. Please listen to the attached link via youtube of the young man and give your personal opinion of him. Quite frankly, I am angered by the way he has described Bristol to press across America and other parts of the UK as being "A Big Garbage Can" - How dare he? When he was in Bristol he said of how proud he was to be a Bristolian and to have had the life he had... Yet he has also been interviewed explaining of his poor upbringing, sad life at home and being within a society with no ambitions or expectations. His style and the connotations he puts out to youngsters and of the South West are unforgivable and he has sent out the wrong message to teenagers.

I agree with him some parts of bristol are like that but there are also lush parts ;P

Its not the opinion that he has given that angers me...
It is the principal of contradicting his claims and feeling that he can be a role model in the eyes of Bristolian children who literally worship him and his work.
