Well, I thought I'd do some research into this, as it interests me, and the ideas may come in useful for Nivade, I'm not here for feedback nor advertisement;

Features already;
Guestbook posting ("Comments")
Customizable profile skins & Easy to use skin creator
Friends list (Add friend)
Reputation (+, Like bebo "luv")
Picture albums
YouTube widget

Could anybody else suggest any good features, please?

Customisable profiles but not as far as MySpace with changing anything.

Facebook is confusing and hard to navigate around, some of the features are amazing though.

Not really, If I was creating it to become succesful and rich or whatnot then I'd be wasting my time, but I'm building this mainly for school friends.

Facebook is confusing for the first 5 minutes before you get used to it, it really isn't that bad.

The new layout however doesn't help, it's poor imo.
