Right guys, as you may know miniheights.com has died as a mmocc, we have a new name. But technically unless the ORIGINAL founder of the game and name etc didn't pay for the rights couldn’t anyone take the name etc.
That my problem, we have a new name but Mini Heights is just awesome, so couldn’t we just buy it and use it, unless Josh has paid for the Rights of idea and name (About £200)
Excuses my spelling, I’m slightly dyslexic, and spell check, well meh :p
And well, soon on here i will keep you uptodate with everytihng, we have a weblayout and coded on an old domain but i forgot url :p we have some concept art and a fully working server and partially coded client :p

Depends if the domain had a company behind it, and wheather it's a registered company I guess.
