Default Tofu - Good Source Of Protein

So I was at the supermarket last week and I was looking at organic stuff and found a product called tofu. I had read on the internet that it's full of protein, which is ideal if you enjoy bodybuilding/weightlifting like me. There is 11.6 grams of protein per 100 grams, and a box of this stuff only costs £1.09 in Morrisons and around £1.50 RRP. Its flavour is a bit weird, it kind of tastes like an omelette with no filling, but it's worth it if you wish to have a good intake of protein.

It is full of protein, I don't fancy it, looks disgusting. A product used in a lot of Asian cooking.

Do you know what else is full of protein?

    STEAK

DELICIOUS JUICY STEAK. Even lean sirloin steak contains more than 22g of protein per 100g

Lol, true but steak can take ages to cook, whilst tofu can be done in about 15 mins max.

Steak can be cooked in 10 seconds, literally. Tofu is good if you're bulimic because eating it makes you want to throw up
