What are the best things to have on the forum (besides lots of users and forums) to ensure that a user will constantly be returning on a daily basis, and ways to encourage a user to take part in threads and create them.
Also mod/ hack suggestions are welcome, and any suggestions on http://www.teenvb.org would be greatly appretiated

Real life ones clearly, depending on the competition, ask the members not me. Brings the community together.
