Introducing Forum Support!

From barely any support, to lost emails, to emails taking up to one week for a reply, we are finally introducing the support system where we will be aiming to reply your support tickets within 2 days (48 hours).

We will be making changes as we move along and see how things work as this system is pretty much new to everyone. At the moment we will only be dealing with ban related issues and also helping with major technical issues on the forum. Bugs, as always, must be posted in the bug tracker.

At the moment only myself and nvrspk4 have access to reply tickets. We will be giving other staff members slowly whilst we get used to things and slowly expanding to deal with Habbo problems etc. We will also only be accepting tickets from registered members on the forum although this might change.
