I think I got phised earlier, does that mean the person/s will know my password and username on whatever I login to or JUST the site I went on which came on with the fake popup.

Its Phished. They will have got your details for just the site, unless your stupid enough to use the same user and password for every site.
An SQL injection is where an exploit in a form is found and SQL can be injected into the database through a form element, e.g. a text box.:8

It could affect you if you registered on a website, and then an SQL injection was used to steal your user data, but it can't affect you directly.
