    is this higher/ the same as - Graphics Card 64 MB

    It would work, but only on the lowest settings and not very well at that. Integrated graphics can't play much these days.

    You'd be surprised what integrated gfx can do but not even my 256MB integrated GFX can play GTA: SA properly.

    I have VIA Chrome9 VN896 Intergrated GFX (256MB) and it plays SA fine.
