    I ment easiest way to code it.. Like using images or text links then an image.

    Too make the load time as fast as possible , set the body background-color to white, and have the gradient repeated on the x axis only. That way you can simply have the navigation as text and then have an image with both the logo and preview image onit.

    You only need 5 div's for that layout. Text would work best as the links don't have any formatting.
