    Default A guide to fishing.

First off this is not your average guide.
This is a guide written by an experienced fisher that wishes to help you in your quest to 200m fishing exp (of course that should be everyone's quest!)

Fishing is obviously not a hard skill.
You have 4 choices in fishing.

Sharks - Really slow, never get faster, slow cash.

Monk fish - Reasonably Fast, get slightly faster, slower cash.

Lobsters - Reasonably slow, get a lot faster, even slower cash.

Fly fish - Fast, get slightly faster, basically no cash.

I personally like fishing lobsters, don't know why, never will know why but i just find them relaxing and strangely enough to a certain extent..fun.

Monkfish are your best bet however, you SHOULD fish them.
If you can't fish them then go do the quest now because if you ever want to be a good fisherman then you shouldn't reject monkfish.

Sharks can be alright for a couple of hours to make some quick cash but the exp rate is so slow that if you ever wish to achieve your goal you may want to refrain from using sharks are your way of doing so.
If you do however plan to get 99 using this method then i respect you for it and wish you good luck.

Most people assume shilo or barbarian village but i will let you in on a secret.
There is a spot just west of the fishing guild wear you can fly fish in solitude and sell your fish you catch to the wandering merchant just north of the fishing spot
I will add more information on this spot at a later date.

Theres no real tips or tricks on how to level up fishing, it takes no skill just alot of patience.
But come on theres nothing hard about clicking a couple of times then clicking off screen to watch a movie so i don't know what you expected to gain from this guide tbh.
