Opening Ceremony cancelled due to bad weather.
All that cloud moving, thunderbolting and lightning has caused havoc with the HabbOlympic Stadium’s technical equipment.
Like poor Motty stranded on a snowy Sheffield, I was left in the middle of an ocean with just a canoe for company.
So here is a run down of what would have gone down!
FIRST EVENT:
Tuesday 11am – Wrestling.
Everyday there will be 3 events at 11am, 2pm and 4.30pm.
TEAMS:
19 teams have become the Official HabbOlympic Teams for 2008. They are open to new people should you be without a team.
There is also a Staff team, which is open to anyone without a team.
It is still OK to compete as an independent.
Please go to the Official HabbOlympic scoreboard to see the chosen teams. These team names are linked to the group’s homepage if you should desire to join.
PRIZES:
Event winners will be rewarded with one of two things: Team Points or a Prize.
Independents will receive a prize where as team members receive points.
Each competitor will state their allegiance before the event begins.
Members of the top 3 teams at the end of the competition will receive prize packs including limited edition badges.
So it is worth keeping with your team!

All locations will be confirmed Tuesday morning.
