MY xbox will not connect to my laptop via WMC.
I get the constant "Connection Terminated, The xbox has been disconnected... an application has launched UI unexpectedly"
I've searched throughout google and forums and i've tried;
Uninstalling WMC
Removing, Installing xBox Extended
Turned off Norton
Removed WMC Certificate & Reinstalled that
And im still stuck. :\

That worked for me
Have you bridged connections? If its wirleess then your 360 needs the XBOX WIRLESS ADAPTER
The other day I was in a toilet.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."

I wouldn't get the adapter. I made that mistake.
Just get a new router, plug it into the xbox, and get that to run off your main router.
And, your not the only one with a buggered xbox LIVE..
Doubt everything, even this.
