Radio/news site

I was thinking of making a NON radio/news site, i could host us and pay for the domain via my company and also host the shoutCAST.
Im looking for someone who can design/code etc, to make the design for us and then we would need a DJ Panel and that i could buy depending on the price and also cutenews.

So post/Pm if you want to do this site with me, also think of a good name so post/pm with expierence,name suggestion etc and i will choose the best.

Ok reason being im crap at designing so thats a no, i only know basic html.
So i will pay for domain/hosting/shoutCAST and help with what ever needs doing.
It's just becuase im crap at designing etc
