If you have tens: I pay 5gp for each IRON knife, you get 5 knives per each IRON bar.

If you have hundreds: I pay 10gp for each IRON knife, you get 5 knives per each IRON bar.

If you have thousands: I pay 15gp for each IRON knife, you get 5 knives per each IRON bar.

If you have millions: I don't know.

Remember to make IRON knives!
