Well I think its putting away users tbh, I don't think this secruity function should be introduced.

And if its a no no, then why not advance it and allow the thread creators to give permission also to those who post in there thread (Only those who need there post given permission to be posted)?

I have noticed a lot of complaints about it. In the complaints forum, there are 8 threads on it on the first page alone.
