    I know that gray rep happens when you dont have enough rep power. But what determines when you have enough rep power? Is it your amount of rep or how many posts you have or something like that?

    *From Post* this is a netural ( cant spell ) rep, it has no effect of your rep power, it is when someone has a very power rep and are trying to ive out good rep to people with alot of good rep,

    I dont get it :s You cant rep someone with alot of good rep?

    the higher someones rep power, the more rep power is required to effect it.

    oh i think i get it. so if I repped say Specie or someone with alot of rep like that, it probably wouldnt effect their rep points?
