Btw behind the tubs is just 1 HC roller

Well all the mode sofas would add up to about 2CS. The two red road barriers make 1CS. The blue pura chairs would make about 2CS. The tubmasters and TV Sets would make about 0.5CS and the silver road barrier would make about 0.5CS. So I reckon you could get about 6CS for that room? (I could be wrong)
