Default I know this is an odd question about an odd topic, BUT!

Can anyone remember doing some coursework on a piece of writing in year 10 english language (last years, not this years) about a guy who said they best way to save money is to eat children?
It was satirical, and i think was something to do with john maybe? I'm not to sure.
