Is it when you have firefox open and you try to open Microsoft Word? I had that yesterday, not entirely sure what caused it but I was viewing an HTML version of a PDF file which could of caused it.

Ok, it's called "Microsoft Windows" then it says Microsoft is restarting... and closes everything and restarts it. It's bloody annoying I can't access program files now :@
