werid habbowood bug

i didnt know where else to post this so ill post it here.Ok i was watching a habbowood movie and all the characters were bonnie blond!(except for the dog) and the characters name were undefined.And when the characters were talking it only showed undefined:! any help to fix this?

This is when the user or whoever made the film has not filled in anything, so he/she has not put the speech, habbo names and so on.. Hope that helps!
