On a numbert that big you say the numbers individually and not as one whole number, it avoids confusion when writing it down or inputting it into things. Unless it's money, then you're just greedy.

Alright so theres ten numbers, a million consists of seven number so we know it's a number bigger than one million. Eight numbers would be anything over ten million. Nine numbers would be any number bigger than one hundred million. One billion has ten numbers, 1,000,000,000 herefore we know that the number given isn't in it's over 10 billion. Therfore, it's Two Billion, five hundred sixty three million three, eight hundred thousand seven hundred and twenty.
